This video was recorded on 18th of Dec 2008. A beautiful song sang by ABBA. We took this Piano score from the book "Mamma Mia"(ISBN 0-7579-9278-1), by Warner Brothers. We sequenced the Drum and Registration Data so that it will automatically change the Tone Registration & Drum Seqnence while you're performing.
Here comes the QUESTIONS:
- Can you hear the Finger Snapping? Where? 1st verse, 1st chorus or etc?
- Which grade do you think this arrangement is? Listen carefully to the Intro, Verse, Chorus, Ending, Double notes, Block chord, Pedal work, Accompaniment, Expression & etc.
Please leave your answer in the comment and thank you for your participation.
I think it's in the 1st chorus, not very sure about that.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing it's Grade 7!

Hi, thank you for your participation again. The finger snapping is in the 2nd verse and she had arranged this song for her gr.8 exam, though this seems like a gr.7 arrangement to me. Some of you suggested that it's a gr. 6 piece which I do not agree, because the accompaniment was a little too easy.
ReplyDeleteAnother issue is, if you could not hear the finger snapping, it may be due to the 'Speaker' you used, you'll need a better pair of Speaker to do the job well.
Finally, she didn't control the 'Touch Tone' effectively, you may need to listen very carefully to the Chorus section.
The finger snapping is in the 2nd verse. Sounds Like a Grade 7 arrangement. This is a beautiful piece! Try playing this song more musically.
ReplyDeleteCannot hear finger snapping. I think it is grade 7-JunHui
